My name is April Mazza and I have been the Head of Youth Services at the Wayland Public Library in Wayland, MA for the past 6 years. Since we are a small town with a small library I basically get to run a mini-library that serves children, teens and the adults in their lives. I love that every day is different and never boring ... planning programs, collection development, administration...I do it all, including opening our boxes of books and other materials. I was chair of NERTCL from Oct 2006 - Oct 2007 and now will be co-chairing with Gretchen Hanley as we move forward with some new members to the Board. It's a very exciting time for NERTCL!
